I think it's excellent to be able to revive up to 2 Link 1 "Appliancer" links at the destination of "Appliancer Celtopus".
Since revived monsters are banished during the End Phase, I think it's a good idea to use them as Link Material for 《Appliancer Celtopus》Link 4.
I think that the compatible link 4 is 《Accesscode Talker》. The reason is that the "Appliancer" link has multiple attributes and it is easy to raise the removal cost of "Accesscode Talker". This is because it can deal with large monsters that cannot be dealt with with ATK.

Due to its activation conditions, it cannot be activated unless there is a Seltpass with a downward link marker, but if it exists, it is excellent to revive her two Appliancer Link Monsters.
However, the problem is that all of his Link 1 Appliancer Link Monsters cannot be used as Link Materials during the turn they are Link Summoned. Therefore, creating a situation in which two Link 1s are placed in GY after normal summoning and then performing a self-pass will inevitably result in a time lag.
Luckily, it can be searched by the Electrical World, so if you use a small number of resurrection cards after the second turn, I think it will work well enough.
